Before you send us your loved denim we want to highlight a few things :

  • Denim need to be washed by you prior to sending for hygiene purpose.
  • While selecting the trends and styles for your redesign kindly read the note below the images and choose the redesign that best suits your loved denims for best results.
  • We will give our best possible redesigned look. However any denim not suited to the trend selected by you, it will be informed to you via mail and then taken ahead.
  • 0.5 to 2 % shrinkage possibility in case of heavy washes.
  • In Case you have not heard from us kindly check your spam mails.
  • Once we receive your denim we will send you an updated date by when you will receive your denim back.
  • Your denim will be redesigned and sent in 15 working days, in case of any delay In any emergence case, will be notified to you.
  • By sending in your denim you agree for before and after photos of denim to be shot and shared on our social media platforms.
  • We care about your privacy and will never reveal your identity.
  • For any further query you can write to us on help section.
  • For any suggestions and reviews provide us your feedback in our feedback section.
  • Your love for denim is the same as ours.
  • Images of trends are for design reference and redesigned product outcome will depend on characteristics  of customer own original denim provided  for redesigning
  • We guarantee every effort will be made to redesign your loved denim as best possible, however we are not responsible for disagreements on results.

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. You can raise cancellation request for items or orders by visiting the My Orders section. After submitting the cancellation request has been accepted, we’ll send you a confirmation mail along with the refund details to the registered email address.
  2. If your old denim is already picked for redesigning, we wouldn’t be able to cancel it. As all orders are prepaid only so the refund amount will be reversed to your account in 10-15 working days. Any promotional voucher used for the cancelled orders may not be refunded.
  3. To provide a safe and secure shopping experience, we regularly monitor transactions for fraudulent activity. In the event of detecting any suspicious activity, JeanoVaa reserves the absolute right to cancel all past, pending and future orders without any liability. JeanoVaa also reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in scenarios like inaccuracies in pricing of product on Website and stock unavailability. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We may contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order or more information required for getting your old denim redesigned.
  4. Further, in case of suspicious transactions, JeanoVaa reserves the right to inform law enforcement officials and provide them with all transaction details that may be requested for investigation of any illegal activity.
  5. JeanoVaa may cancel any orders that classify as ‘Bulk Order’ under certain criteria at any stage of the product order and delivery. An order can be classified as ‘Bulk Order’ if it meets with the below mentioned criteria, and any additional criteria as defined by JeanoVaa:
  • Products ordered for redesigning of old denims are not for self-consumption but for commercial resale
  • Multiple orders placed for same product at the same address, for redesigning of old denim.
  • Bulk quantity of the same product ordered for redesigning of old denims.
  • Invalid address given in order details
  • Any malpractice used to place the orderAny promotional voucher used for placing the ‘Bulk Order’ may not be refunded
  • 6.The Customer is supposed to claim for pilferage within 48 hours of delivery failing which the claim will not be entertained. An Email will be sent seeking/providing following information:
    ○Short description of the case (A few questions will be asked to help us understand the scenario).
    ○The snapshots of the packet and other box (If any) (Try to cover the sides which look tampered/damaged as per the CUSTOMER)
    ○The refund for prepaid orders will be done after investigation in 10-15 working days
  • 7.The Customer may not be liable for a refund if he/she falls in any of the scenarios stated below:
    1.Customer fails to provide adequate information about the case
    2.Customer fails to provide snapshots of the packet and box (if any).
    3.If an opened delivery was received, pilferage claims must be made the same day.
    4.Customer must not dispose the packaging for 3-4 days post-delivery. We might need to pick-up your packaging for investigation at our end.
    5.Customer disagreements on redesigned results of their old denims .
    6.Customer non- attention to TERMS AND CONDITIONS as mentioned.
    7.Customer sending any other apparel category or non-apparel other than denims.

PRICING POLICY

Price Range

At JeanoVaa we have customized pricing according to the services rendered by us. The details are provided to you beforehand according to the effort, efficiency and the output of the service. Typically, the range of transactions on our website varies from INR 300 to INR 600.

Schedule of payment

Some of our services can be utilized for fixed duration. The period of usage in these cases vary from 1 month to 1 year.

Price Matching

At JeanoVaa we are committed to offering you the best possible prices. We will be glad to meet our competitor’s pricing if you ever find an item that we offer, in the same colour and size, available from a similar retailer.
We are unable to match prices from auction and outlet stores or websites, as well as other retailers’ discount promotions, shipping offers and gift card offers.

Pricing Errors

We work hard to ensure the accuracy of pricing. Despite our efforts, pricing errors may still occur. If an item’s price is higher than the price displayed, we will cancel your order of that item and notify you of the cancellation.

Shopping Cart

Items in your Shopping Cart will always reflect the most recent price displayed on the item’s product detail page. Please note that this price may differ from the price shown for the item when you first placed it in your cart. Placing an item in your cart does not reserve the price shown at that time. It is also possible that an item’s price may decrease/increase between the time you place it in your basket and the time you purchase it.
